The strongest Dragon Ball character is generally considered to be Goku in his Ultra Instinct form. This form allows him to move and react without thinking, making him incredibly powerful and nearly invincible. However, there are other characters like Beerus, Whis, and Jiren who are also considered to be extremely powerful in the Dragon Ball universe. Ultimately, the title of the strongest character is subjective and can vary depending on the specific context and storyline. **

Writing a screenplay without dialogue requires a strong focus on visual storytelling. You can convey emotions, thoughts, and actions through the use of descriptive language, character expressions, and body language. It's important to carefully craft the scenes and use visual cues to communicate the story and character development. Additionally, utilizing sound effects and music can also help to enhance the storytelling in a dialogue-free screenplay. **

My favorite character in Dragon Ball Z is Vegeta. I admire his determination and pride, as well as his complex character development throughout the series. Despite his initial antagonistic nature, Vegeta's growth and his willingness to protect his loved ones make him a compelling and relatable character. His internal struggle and his eventual redemption arc make him one of the most interesting and dynamic characters in the series. **
